With every machine purchase, we offer a 60-day money back guarantee.* If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can contact the shop and return the machine for a full refund. We are confident in the products we offer and with that, we are confident you will love your purchase.

To return a machine, contact the shop at (813) 661-9000 or through the Janome Junkie e-mail( explaining the reason you wish to return your item. All e-mails are usually answered within 24-48 hours. Once we receive your e-mail, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with instructions on returning your machine. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days before a new one must be issued. We’ll take it from there.

*Industrial Machines are not returnable.


Unopened Merchandise May be exchanged for an item of equal price or refunded. “Unopened” means the seal on the product or the box the product comes in is intact and items have not been removed from the original packaging.
Opened Merchandise May be returned for a refund at full sale price. The item must be returned in its original packaging and it must be free of damage. If the product is not returned in re-sellable condition with original packaging, store credit will be issued with a predetermined 20% restocking fee*.
Shipping Costs Defective or damaged items are covered by Janome Junkies if the item arrives in said condition. Please provide photographic evidence when contacting the shop about a return. The shipping cost will be covered if you allow us to repair or replace the item. General returns are subject to have the original shipping fees deducted from the refund.
Special Orders May not be returned for store credit as we are not able to cancel or return the item to the vendor once ordered.
Machine Specific Parts Extension tables are NON-returnable. All tables are NON-returnable

If you receive an item that is defective, please notify us at your earliest convenience. Include the issue and the condition the item arrived in. At Janome Junkies, we consider ourselves responsible for all shipping/return costs incurred when a product is defective.


Once your item has been received, please allow 2-5 days for us to process the item and for the refund to appear in your bank account. The refund will be directed through the original form of payment made at the time. If your refund does not appear within the 2 to 5 days, please contact your bank account before contacting Janome Junkies. We are available through e-mail or by phone at (813) 661-9000.
