Here at Janome Junkies, we ship products all across the continental United States, Canada, and some international countries so we understand the importance of easy and reliable shipping. Unfortunately, only a select few Janome machines are available for shipping and are only shipped within the USA at this time. Please take the time to read the descriptions of the machines to see which ones are available for shipping and which ones are sold in store only.

Domestic Sewing Machines ship for free!
Industrial Machines are shipped by freight we have placed a flat charge of $299. The exact price will be factored after you check out and we have your complete address. Once the freight charge is determined you will either receive a bill or refund for the $299. Price range for freight is typically between $240-400. Look out for an email or phone call. *If shipping to your destination is an unusual charge, we reserve the right to send you the additional charge. Your machine will arrive by freight, which is a semi truck. DOMESTIC SHIPPING for items other than Machines
Shipping within the continental United States** is FREE for purchases over $75. Shipping prices for orders less than $75 or expedited orders will be factored into the total price when checking out online. Please refer to our shipping price chart listed below.

We ship most orders through UPS or through the USPS Priority Mail. On orders that include free shipping, we reserve the right to choose the carrier we see most appropriate to ensure you are receiving your order in optimal condition and as quickly as possible.
Please keep in mind that UPS does not ship to PO boxes. If you choose to list your PO box as your shipping address, the merchandise will be shipped through USPS which could affect the shipping price. We DO NOT ship machines to PO box address. If you have experience with UPS shipping to your PO address in the past, please contact us and we will make the accommodations. However, if the package is denied and rerouted, applicable shipping costs will be directed to the customer.
PROCESSING ORDERS
All online orders will be processed as early as that day or as late as 1-2 business days from submission. Orders placed on the weekdays before 3PM Eastern time will usually be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Fridays after 3PM or on Saturday/Sunday are processed and shipped the following Monday. Processing and shipping does not occur over weekends or holidays.
In regards to expedited shipping, we guarantee 1-2 business day shipping from the day the item is sent out, not from the time or day the order is placed. If we have an item in stock, we aim to have it sent out the same day we receive an order. Items that must be special-ordered or restocked by the shop cannot be sent through an expedited method.
