What it's Used For:
This foot is used for getting an accurate 1⁄4” seam allowance with a guide for medium to thicker weight fabrics.

Spring loaded guide on the right helps feed the fabric while applying pressure on layers to maintain an accurate 1/4" (6.5mm) seam allowance.

May not work well on thinner materials due to the pressure being applied from the spring loaded guide. For a better option for normal/thinner layers click here.
